Hi, I’m Samuel, an Australian Athletics accredited running coach and experienced distance runner.
I began running through Little Athletics as a kid before rediscovering the sport in my early 20s through structured training and competition. Since then, I’ve completed six marathons, with two more planned for 2026, and raced across all distances.
Now, I help runners train smarter, build consistency, and take the next step in their running journey through personalised, purposeful coaching.

TODD KENNY
STRENGTH COACH
Hi I’m Todd, a passionate runner and Strength and Conditioning coach with over 10 years of experience working with athletes. I hold a Master of High Performance Sport and am ASCA Associate Level 2 accredited.
I apply high-performance principles to help runners build strength, resilience, and confidence in their movement. I now bring that same approach to runners through practical, science-backed strength programs that focus on smart strength training, progressive loading, and effective recovery.
Whether you’re preparing for a half marathon or a full marathon, my goal is to help you run stronger, stay healthy, and perform at your best.
